The Mission
To architect structurally resilient and tax-efficient fund vehicles for the world's most ambitious venture capital firms.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate LP/GP agreements for pan-European and global funds.
Manage multi-feeder structures across Luxembourg, Delaware, and the Caymans.
Lead side letter negotiations with sovereign wealth funds and institutional LPs.
Ensure AIFMD and SEC compliance across divergent jurisdictions.
The Ideal Profile
6-9 years of experience in fund formation and PE/VC structures.
Deep understanding of Luxembourg SCSp and Delaware LP dynamics.
Exceptional negotiation skills for complex institutional side letters.
